Prosperity Investments has made private investments and is under contract with several firms in the United States, Canada, and South Korea.

We have private investments in energy, mining, fintech, medical diagnostic testing technology, industrial fabrication, and industrial real estate.

Our Business

Prosperity Investments reviews several projects and firms annually for private investment. 

Prosperity makes between 2 and 5 private investments per annum with the goal of dramatically increasing the sales of the firms, while expanding their net revenue, the management team, and growing thier assets.

We often retain the existing firm's management team and add additional management talent to increase the success rate of the invested company.

Joyful Financial Solutions is a wholly owned division of Prosperity Investments LLC focused on deployment of innovative ATM systems with real time check cashing and bill payments at affordable rates to consumers.  These systems are currently in the development stage and are being deployed under the "Joyful ATM" brand in early 2018 with bank and retail partners.

Who We Are

Harold Jahn is the founder and sole shareholder of Prosperity Investments LLC.

Mr. Jahn has over 30 years of international business experience in the industries of renewable energy, internet, mining, energy, real estate development, fintech, and commercialization of new technologies.

Mr.Jahn has developed an extensive network of professionals globally in industry, locally, and politically to ensure successful ventures.

His long term goal is to create a minimum of 1,000 full time positions per annum in smaller communities throughout the US and Canada.
